He are not good what he said about

From day one he gave the safety dep attitude. He did not understand how to navigate the tablet with ELD. Temper is easy to escalate. Worked with us for two months, last load he left a meat pallet in the trailer when he went home for home time, He closed the trailer and did not check to see he had a pallet in the trailer. He turned reefer off, negligence was too much for us. He still still thinks it's not his fault, says it's the receiver's fault.Update, we just got hit with a $3,500 clean up fee, So John Bennett once he realized he had left a pellets of meat in the reefer after he had turned it off for a few days, he discovers the spoiled meat pallet, then drove truck and trailer to the back of a Hobby Lobby store and started dumping the pallet next to their garbage, he even left the Labels, this is how they found out it was our company that had done this. Pure negligence and bad judgement. This driver cost us a lot of money.
